Danielle started her career in the mortgage industry in 1999 at just 18 years old. She quickly realized that she had a skill for figuring out financing situations that left other Loan Officers stumped. In 2004 she opened her first brokerage, North Bay Mortgage Solutions, which she still has operational today as her Private Money Division.

In 2013 Danielle and her husband Paul Olbrantz joined forces and have worked as a team since. They opened Clear2Close Brokers in 2019 and together have helped over a thousand families since working together. Clear2Close is a small brokerage that focuses on giving clients the one-on-one consultative approach, with a focus on keeping rates low, offering their clients wholesale interest rates not found at most bigger companies.
